Practicality, safety and quality are key elements in the design of ForgeForward railway tools. All our power tools and accessories are user-friendly and easy to maintain. Our engineers are constantly at work to make sure that our railway tools meet all your standards and requirements. This way, quality assurance and quality control is embedded in our daily practice.
Railway tools for lifting
One of our popular railway tools is the hydraulic track jack, for vertical lifting and setting down a rail piece. The engine of this tool is powered by using pressurized fluid. This way, a large amount of power is generated, while maximising worker safety. We offer two types of hydraulic track jacks: a lightweight model suitable for bridge work, and a heavy duty model for lifting PC sleepers and turnout. Both track jacks are made of a strong and light aluminium-based material, ensuring high lifting performances while being easy to carry.
Railway tools for adjusting
ForgeForward produces many railway tools known for their unique design and high effectivity. For example, the smart design of our ultra lightweight impact wrenches make them very suitable for mobile operations. These impact wenches are also equipped with self-contained double cycle engines with a heave and light power supply. Our railway cutting tool has a high cutting speed due to its strong gasoline powered engine. Its precise cutting accuracy, turnover-type guiding rack, reverse cutting function and lightweight make it a user-friendly product. Last but not least, our vertical tamping railway tools is perfect for easily and effectively compacting the ballast under the sleeper. This tamping tool is made of wear-resistant steel and causes minimal vibration by applying HAPS (Hands and Arms Protection System). Check out these and other premium tools on our website.
